CHC30408 Certificate III in Disability This qualification addresses work in the community and/or residential facilities under direct or regular supervision within clearly defined organisation guidelines and service plans. These workers:
- Carry out activities to maintain personal care and/or other activities of living for people with a disability
- Carry out activities related to an individualised plan
- Report directly to a supervisor and are not responsible for other workers

Delivery Modes You can choose to complete this course either as a full time student, through our face to face Classroom Model, or over time through our Blended Learning Model.
Our Blended Learning Model allows you to receive text and activity books to work through at home, attend face to face practical training seminars as required and be exposed to real worksites for Observation and Work Placement.
