Fees & Refund Policy 2010

A deposit of $500 is required to enrol in the course.

The remainder is to be paid over the duration of the course and needs to be paid in full prior to completion certificates being issued. Once a course has begun, no more than $1000 can be required in advance for tuition or services yet to be delivered.

Reassessments cost is $15 for each reassessment after the first re-sit.

Refunds

Refunds are given to cancellations 7 working days prior commencement to the training minus an administration fee of 10% (of the cost of the stage or unit). Students can receive a refund of fees for services not provided, BUT not as a result of a student lack of own progress, and only within the agreed contract duration as stated on this contract.

All stages commenced will constitute non refund for that stage.

Withdrawal, extensions and re-enrolment

You may withdraw at any time (see refund statement). If you do not complete the program within the designated time then you will need to formally request an extension in writing (2 weeks maximum per request) and a limit of 4 extensions will be given. A full re-enrolment fee will be required to commence the program unless there are extenuating circumstances. Re-enrolment and yearly enrolment fee is $75.

Not maintaining contact with tutor without prior arrangement for greater than 6 weeks will be deemed as a withdrawal from the course.

In the event Enable Consultation Services is unable to full fill its contract with a client we will refund the client the proportion of fees paid by the client for which services were not received.

Student complaints/disputes about refunds will be handled and/or resolved by the Operations Manager.
